Lay School Comes to TLC this Fall 2010!

Do you want to think deeply and learn a lot about church history?

Trinity will offer a very special opportunity starting in September 2010. The Lay School of Ministry in the Northwest Synod of Wisconsin has one of the best lay theological education programs in the church. For over 15 years, it has made available the best theologians and teachers in the church – and this year it will be available to us.

Using an online streaming service, we will receive a live telecast of their programs – one a month for nine months. They will take place on the second Saturday morning of each month from 8:30 a.m.-12 noon, and on the Friday evening preceding from 7-10 p.m.

Only Trinity Lutheran will receive these programs via online stream. The programs lead off with Martin Marty, and each month another fine theologian will give the presentation.
